Sunrise Tropical's Villas are single-storey, Thai-style structures based on a theme of simple elegance and utility. Sixteen structures are single units and six structures are duplex units.

Of the duplex units, three are connecting and three are adjoining. The duplex units all feature one double and one twin room. Of the single units, fourteen structures are classified Tropical villa Plus. The plus indicates an oversized bathroom with luxury bath tub and nature-oriented outdoor shower(private).

Sunrise Tropical's Villas offer luxury class accommodation in a tropical setting. A minutes walk to Railay West Beach or five minute walk to Phra Nang Beach. An unforgettable location with white sand beaches, warm Andaman sea, towering limestone cliffs, and coconut palms.

Sunrise Tropical Resort has two room type designation :

Tropical Villa and Tropical Villa Plus Both type of room have been designed to comfortably accomodation two people .The primary difference between the two room type is the size and furnishing of the bathrooms.

Of the single units, eleven structures are classified Tropical Villa Plus. The Plus indicates an oversized bathroom with luxury bath tub and nature- oriented outdoor shower ( private) 28 Villas are set in a tropical garden setting featuring lotus ponds, coconut and areca nut palms, ferns, small foot- bridges, tropical flowers and succulents. Each villa has a spacious bedroom luxuriously furnished to a very high standard.

Of the total 28 villas, 12 are duplex construction with 6 connecting rooms, and 6 adjoining rooms. Each duplex unit has one double - bed room or one twin -bed room.  All duplex rooms are classified " Tropical Villa " The remaining 16 villas are single units with King - size double beds. 11 Of the single units are classified " Tropical Villa Plus "

The modern bathroom has been designed with a keen eye. A small patio in front of each villa offers a pleasant area for an evening chat or morning tea. All villas feature Air- conditioning , King - size double bed or twin beds, European - style furniture, Satellite television, mini bar, personal safe, telephone , hot and cold water bathroom, electric hair dryer, electric hot water thermos ( for coffee and tea), and solid patio furniture.
